Building a Legacy
A lot of people consider franchising at some point… but the reasons behind it can look very different.
For some, it’s about more stability.
More flexibility.
Or the opportunity to build something of their own over time.
When I first met Tim, he was looking for more. He wanted to be present at home, but he also wanted to build a legacy.
He didn’t rush. He didn’t quit his job on day one.
We just talked through his priorities and looked at different paths—no urgency, just understanding what life could look like on the other side.
Eventually, he found a model that clicked. It tapped into his background as a first responder and his desire to help people, while providing the professional structure he needed.
What I’ve seen is that once people actually look at the options, the “one-size-fits-all” assumption falls apart.
There are so many different models out there. The right fit usually comes from simply taking the time to see what actually aligns with your values.
Just something to think about.
If you ever want to talk through what those options might look like for you, I’m always open to a conversation.
