Diversifying was key

Chad already owned a successful franchise. He knew the realities of business ownership, understood what made a franchise model worth pursuing, and wasn’t out looking for the next ‘big thing.’ But he was open to ideas. If the right opportunity presented itself, he was willing to take a closer look.

So as we started talking, we talked more about strategy, timing, and what kind of business would actually make sense for someone with his experience. When you already have been in the franchise world, the conversation slightly shifts.

"Jim really listened to what I was looking for. He asked questions I hadn’t even considered and came back with ideas that were off the beaten path, stuff I never would have thought of on my own."
– Chad, Franchise Owner

By starting with what he valued most, it became easier to see which opportunities genuinely fit and which ones didn’t. It was more important to find a business that fit his life vs trying to fit into just any business. Something fresh that created new growth without pulling him away from what was already working.

"Jim’s easy to talk to. He’s professional, not transactional, and he really makes an effort to match what you’re saying with the options he brings to the table."
– Chad, Franchise Owner

Chad found a business that gave him an opportunity to diversify and grow beyond his current franchise.

For those who already have experience running their own business, some of the best opportunities often aren’t the obvious ones. They’re the ones that match your pace, your goals, and the direction you want to take your future.

If you’re an owner exploring what else might be possible, I’d be glad to talk it through with you.

- Jim
