You don’t have to quit your job to own a business
People assume that if they’re going to look into business ownership, it means making some big, immediate change.
That’s usually not the case.
Most of the people I work with are still in their current role when we start talking. They’re just trying to understand what their options look like before they make any decisions.
That’s really the point of the process.
We start with a conversation about where you are now and what you’d want things to look like if you made a change.
From there, I help narrow things down. There are a lot of franchise options out there, and most of them aren’t worth your time. The goal is to focus on the ones that actually line up with your goals and timeline.
As you take a deeper look at each brand, you’ll also have the chance to speak with people who are already operating those businesses. That’s where you get a better picture of the day-to-day, how owners made their decision, and where they’re finding both success and challenges
What I’ve been seeing lately is that people aren’t looking to rush into anything. They just want to make a well-informed decision and understand what they’re getting into.
That’s exactly how this should be approached.
If this is something you’ve been thinking about, even casually, I’m always available to talk it through.
